Exchange Window: 10 days from delivery.

Eligibility: Product must be at least 90% full, in its original packaging, with box and cap intact.

Not Eligible: Sale items, bundle offers, free gifts, or products without original packaging.

Share your order number, the product name, and reason for exchange. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours and guide you through the process. Once the returned item is verified, your replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 working days.

Damaged or Wrong Product: If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours with photos. Zaariya's will cover all shipping costs and arrange a priority replacement at no extra charge.

Delivery Charges: Customer covers shipping for standard exchanges. Zaariya's covers shipping for damaged, leaked, or incorrect orders.
